Lemon Balm Sleepytime Syrup:

What You'll Need:

  • 1 cup of lemon balm leaves

  • Small pot

  • 1 cup water

  • Bowl

  • Strainer or cheesecloth

  • 2 – 3 tea bags

  • ¼ cup of raw honey

Method

  1. Place the lemon balm leaves into the pot and add water until the leaves are just covered

  2. Heat to a simmer until half the water has evaporated

  3. Strain liquid into bowl

  4. Discard of lemon balm leaves

  5. Add tea bags into bowl with mixture add let sit until highly concentrated

  6. While still warm add and stir in honey to taste

  7. Place in refrigerator for 3-4 days

  8. Before bed take a spoonful and have a relaxing nights sleep :)

Sore Tummy calming lemon balm tea:

What You'll Need:

  • 1 teapot or jar

  • ¼  cup Lemon balm leaves

  • Water

  • Optional: honey to taste

Method:

  1. Place lemon balm leaves into teapot or jar

  2. Add boiling water and cover so no vapors escape

  3. Let steep until desired strength

  4. Add honey to sweeten if desired

  5. Enjoy

Stress Alleviating lavender and Lemon Balm Iced Tea:

What You'll Need:

  • 946 milliliters of water

  • Large pot

  • 1 cup lemon balm leaves

  • 4 sprigs of lavender leaves

  • 1-3 Tablespoons of Honey

  • strainer

  • 1 Lemon
     

Method:

  1. Place water in pot and bring to the boil

  2. Add lemon balm and lavender leaves to water.

  3. Remove pot from heat and cover to steep for 30-40 min or until desired strength

  4. Add and stir in honey

  5. Strain tea into jug and discard of the leaves

  6. Place in fridge until cooled then pour and enjoy
