Lemon Balm Sleepytime Syrup:
What You'll Need:
- 
1 cup of lemon balm leaves 
- 
Small pot 
- 
1 cup water 
- 
Bowl 
- 
Strainer or cheesecloth 
- 
2 – 3 tea bags 
- 
¼ cup of raw honey 
Method
- 
Place the lemon balm leaves into the pot and add water until the leaves are just covered 
- 
Heat to a simmer until half the water has evaporated 
- 
Strain liquid into bowl 
- 
Discard of lemon balm leaves 
- 
Add tea bags into bowl with mixture add let sit until highly concentrated 
- 
While still warm add and stir in honey to taste 
- 
Place in refrigerator for 3-4 days 
- 
Before bed take a spoonful and have a relaxing nights sleep :) 
Sore Tummy calming lemon balm tea:
What You'll Need:
- 
1 teapot or jar 
- 
¼ cup Lemon balm leaves 
- 
Water 
- 
Optional: honey to taste 
Method:
- 
Place lemon balm leaves into teapot or jar 
- 
Add boiling water and cover so no vapors escape 
- 
Let steep until desired strength 
- 
Add honey to sweeten if desired 
- 
Enjoy 
Stress Alleviating lavender and Lemon Balm Iced Tea:
What You'll Need:
- 
946 milliliters of water 
- 
Large pot 
- 
1 cup lemon balm leaves 
- 
4 sprigs of lavender leaves 
- 
1-3 Tablespoons of Honey 
- 
strainer 
- 
1 Lemon 
 
Method:
- 
Place water in pot and bring to the boil 
- 
Add lemon balm and lavender leaves to water. 
- 
Remove pot from heat and cover to steep for 30-40 min or until desired strength 
- 
Add and stir in honey 
- 
Strain tea into jug and discard of the leaves 
- 
Place in fridge until cooled then pour and enjoy
